Unable to load device
.I downloaded from the internet the microsoft ActiveSync, I let it backup on my PC. I did put the amcor back up dvd in the dvd player and waited for maploader to start.I removed some of the maps and then when I went to put some back in It kept saying I had no more space. when I do a small state it will take it but the reading under the right side never changes on space left or used even if I take something off

Sounds like when you are loading the program again it is checking the SD card and seeing that you do not have enough empty space on the card for the program to install. I would suggest that if there is no information you need on the card that you format it or just delete all the information and then try the install with your map loader. It could be as simple as that, also active sync USE the version that came with the DVD or is on the DVD, system was designed to use this and the newer version does cause problems with some loaders since they cannot find the information they need on the new version.
