I use a 2 GB Store 'n' go on my Dell XPS 420 desktop running Windows Vista Home edition. The public area works fine, but when I attempt to login to the private area, I get the message, "Unable to login to secured area. Another application has an open connection to your Store 'n' go."

I cannot find an open connection, have re-booted several time, the problem persists. Any ideas?
