Are you sure the clear section is cleaned. The waste box may have a chip on it that tells the copier I am full, so vacuum iy out will not help. if you see a clear sectoin of plastic that has to be clear or the sensors will read the box as full. Replace the box, recommend always have a spare, so that during a print job if it come up replace the box and keep running. Another could be you are required to clear a counter every time you replace the box as long as the counter is not clear copier thinks the box is full. Go to Xerox web site contact them
