Unable to watch video
I bought a MP4 player from Hong Kong that came with very limited directions. I am able to load songs and photos but am having a difficult time figuring how to get video on there. I've tried AVI, WMV, and MOV formats.

The unit should ome with a 'demo' video: try to locate it and look at the 'properties' of that video as a guideline. As a rule, especially on cheap HK MP4 player, video must reside in a specific folder. Good luck. Hope it helps!
