I am very disappointed with the Rose that I purchased as a demo machine. It has never made even spaced / length stitches. I took it back to the dealer who had it looked at and said that it should work okay, but it doesn't. I have invested over $2400. in this machine along with the 3D Embroidery program. I can't begin to dream of using the embroidery program when it doesn't even make a consistant straight stitch. How in the world will I ever be able to use this thing? I am beyond frustrated and nearing hopelessness with Husqvarna products. I need a machine that works properly, how can I get the help I need?
