Uniden Power Max 5.8
When a call comes in the caller shows on caller ID. Problem is that it does not stay. Example, I am out and I come in, check CID and it shows no calls.
I had a friend check today, she called, she showed on caller id, but it did not hold the call.
My extension phone is working fine. Any Suggestions on how to correct the base phone. Thank you

Try to give ur phone a soft reset.
to perform that try menu/settings
or any soft reset button in the phone bottom or back

Try deleting a few entries on your phonebook. One possible reason is that your phone book memory on this perticular unit is full and the same memory is used for CID display. Hope this will work!
