Assembly instructions state that you can adjust the charcoal grid by turning a knob left or right, but it appears there is no knob. I just feel kinda dumb. Could it be it's something to do with the ash pot? Also, is the hole leading to the Ash receiver under the small grid suppose to be open? I'm just not used to this new type of charcoal grill with the ash pot. Please advise,
