Possibly two or more problems. drain may be plugged and therefore no water dripping from it. attach a good wet dry shop vac and **** it out. listen for good suction at in door coil when vac is attached outside . feel large insulated line outside . it should be ice cold to touch but not frozen . if it is kinda cool then your low on gas. if its froze you are low on gas or dirty filter ,coil , or blower wheel. .you can measure temp drop between return air in and supply air out at the in door blower . it is usually 18 to 20 dgrees , in at 80, out at 60 so to speak. greater than 2o and you have a restriction like dirty or filter or froze up. less than 15 you are low on gas or inefficient compressor. be sure your fan is in the auto mode , not the on mode or indoor fan will run 24-7.
