Unit does not turn on. When pluged in, it makes a small beep. Red power warning light does not turn on. Code or number on display showes E1 or 81 depending on if the led display is a little burned out or not. No other controls on pannel work. Fliter is clean, no water in drain. Unsure if there is an inline fuse somewhere or if it is burned out
