Unit does not work even tho blue light shows its on
We got 2 of the Ionic Breeze Professional series and one plain series from Sharper Image (tv infomercial) on 7-2-06.
One of the Professional units has quit working. Turn it on and lite show its on but isn't working at all.
Tried several times to call on how to get warranty honored as it has a 5 year warranty on all of the units but no one answers the phone. Rings about 20 times and goes to a dial tone.
We love these units as they really work well when not broken! Have COPD and they have made a big difference in my being able to breath well or not. But if can't get warranty honored or repaired not much good to me. They were not cheap either.
If anyone knows how to reach Sharpe Image I sure would appreciate knowing how to reach them also.
This is the last time I'll ever buy off tv ads. I've been ripped before but after
several months got my money back for the items I returned. (that's another story-lol)
