Unknown Card in Socket 1
I am getting this error when I the MC50 is turned on. I have hard reset the device. It seems to be the wireless card. I was just wondering if there was a way for me to re-seat the card in order to fix it?

This issue may be sorted by reloading the operative syste, It seems that the platform files are corrupt and so the terminal does not recognise the radio card because it has no drivers for it.
how do I contact you Oscar? I'm actually experiencing a little bit of a different problem....although it does touch on this issue.
so oscar you have fix the unknown card in socket 1 problem befor and it worked if so are you saying that all i need to do is go to there web site and download that program
