I have animate KJam that worked perfectly for the last few years. All of a sudden all incoming calls are indicated as "Unknown". It was suggested that I do a soft reboot which I did - no result. Then a hard reset (wiping all the data) but still no joy. Can somebody PLEASE help - it is very frustrating if you can't identify callers.
