Unlock frozen screen
Its half frozen on lock screen, sometimes i can slide it across but then i type in the first three numbers of my password and it will automatically put a fourth number in so then it disables! ive reseted it by holding the home and lock button down but when it comes back on its exactly the same! i dont want to reset my whole phone because ive got important stuff on there! anyway you could help? thankyou

The only way to really fix it is to restore it fully i hate to say it but even apple do it that way
back up everything on it then go for it
I suggest you make a back up of your phone content and settings to a computer with a USB cable and then do a complete reset. After it is back to factory settings you connect it again to the computer and recover the contents.
