Upgrading Rambus RDRAM

My motherboard is a DFI NT70-SC currently fitted with 256mg RDRAM. I would like to upgrade to 1Gb. Can you tell which RDRAM to go for. Will RDRAM PC 800-40 ECC 4x256Mb work?
