this is not a serious problem. If the drawer refuses to open, there is another way in which you can remove the DVD. I do this most of the time and it works for me.
Simply get a screw driver, and loose the Micro Orbit Duplicator, once it is loosed, you will gain direct access to the DVD and get it removed manually.
Once you've gotten the two DVDs removed, the drawer should open freely.
Use a paper clip and pry the door open. After dvd's are removed, Slowly and gently pull tray back as far as it will allow you to, then hit eject button and it should go back in normally.
