Report "Upon powering up my Onkyo TX-SR605 receiver, it enters Audyssey setup mode even though the microphone is not plugged in. Even if I plug in microphone and remove it, it still stays in Audyssey mode and I cannot get it to exit Audyssey set up. When the receiver is in this mode it is essentially useless, as no other functions or buttons work. Any suggestions?"
