Upper arm dose not spin
I bought i beko d3422fw dishwasher and the upper spay arm dose not spin or it dose but very slowly takes about 50 seconds to rotate once i have cleand and descaled everything and stll dose not spin although water is coming out of all the jets the lower arm spins perfectly please help

The main problem that causes this problem is the seal with in the nut which the upper wash arm locates into has a seal. The nut holds the feed line to the body of the machine and also creats a seal for the upper wash arm. This can be checked by emptying all dishes from dishwasher switching on let dishwasher start them open the dishwasher and you should be able to see water flooding out from around the seal. You could also in spect the the nut and check to see if the deal is intact by removing the nut which can be removed by hand. This part is about 3 to 4 euro
Have you checked to see if the arm spins freely if you push it
it might be the plastic feed pipe it runs from the pump at the bottom to the upper tray. if you look in the machine theirs a plastic nut at the back make sure the upper tray push's into ok and it's not blocked
