UPS does not provide output power to outlets when turned on
Unit does not provide power to computer connected to it when it is plugged in and turned on (relays sound as if they energize and Green LED indicator turns on) plus battery supported power is 92VAC (non-RMS DVM) only. PCB readings show that the unit provides no power to wired pads when plugged in and turned on however the battery provided 90.2VAC is present at the PCB pads. Is there a schematic available?

I've never seen a schematic for this. It's difficult to diagnose online but I would look at the primary circuit before the inverter. Possibly one or more bad caps or the inverter itself. Good Luck
