USB Device Not Recognized
Hello,
Firelite drive was working fine yesterday. Attached the unit to my laptop today and received a message that read, "USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."
How can I resolve this problem? Thanks

Try to the laptop firewire port, if works. I didnt find any support for youfirelite drive
so try connect to another USB pc, for test. 1st if it works then u need to uninstall any USBFLB40-C software/driver.and any other USB Devices or connect a USB/PCMCIA card for bypass a Laptop .
If you connect to another PC (Desktop/Laptop) and dínt Recognized USB, this is power supplly problem (defect PSU), change-it and test.
