I have a windows 7 desktop computer. I connect my Konka T640S smartphone via usb to my computer, but cannot access the phone. The device is there but has a problem that windows update cannot fix. The Device status says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (code 28). I have not found any usb software for this phone online.
