USB Malfuntion message
Problem:
When I put my player into the cradle I get a message stating "One of the USB devices attached has malfunctioned. Windows does not recognize it" It is not allowing me to launch the DSS player and export my recordings
Please help!

Try connecting it direct without the cradle... if you still get the same thing then the usb cable needs replacing
