USB mouse problems with Windows 7 Laptops
I have 2 new laptops. A Dell Inspiron 1545 and an Alienware M11x. Both have 64 bit versions of Windows 7 and I cannot get a usb mouse to work with either one of them. I have wired usb mouse from HP that worked on the dell for about a month then just stopped working. I also have a wireless mouse from Microsoft that worked on the dell for about a week. Neither one of them worked on the alienware at all. On both machines I get a "device not recognized" message. Any help would be much appreciated as all hardware involved is brand new, less than 1 month old.

You MUST disable digital driver signing to install ANY driver.software on any 64 bit system. you MUST press F8 at boot up to install the driver, & then EVERY time you boot up you MUST press F8 to disable driver signing to USE it too, every time....
