Usb ports not working
Everything is enabled and the computer says the device is working properly and i all ready tried letting windows reinstalling the correct driver, but still i get nothing when i plug in a junk drive ( it works on other computers so i know it's not the junk drive.) please help

Have you booted into bios and looked to see if the usb ports are enabled and that the plug and play is enabled please try that and get back with me ok best regards mike
also under device manager if the host controller driver is installed you will see the usb symboles there if it is not showing the usb symboles than u will have to install the driver under control panel add new hardware and add the controler from there ok
