Using a cable to my pc to transmit data my jrc showed error
I want to transmit data to and from my pc from my jrc plot 500f. i made a cable as per the diagram in the manual hooked it up and followed the steps. when i tryed to transmit from my jrc to my pc my jrc came up with error after a few seconds. do i need software for my pc

Yes. There used top be a download at www.jrcamerica.com but I can't find it now. I bought the required null modem cable, used the intended J-NAV LINK 2300 softaware and still got the ERROR msg. If you figure it out let me know, because loading waypints/routes is very timely.
