Using GE Webcam audio, but no video
Using GE Webcam we can hear each other, but there is no video. We each run the tutorial test set up and the results are fine. We connect to each other with the audio, but not with the video.

What software are you using for the webcam chat? Could be that the IP ports being used for that are blocked by the Windows firewall (or another firewall if you are using that).
Try defining the chat application as an exception in the firewall.
