HI One year ago i bought fargo hdp5000 dual side with lamination module printer with out driver disk and with notebook where was installed drivers and Workbench already and it was printing fine including UV. 3 weeks ago for some reason windows stopped working and that is way in reinstalled windows. i downloaded drivers and workbench from hid globals site for windows 7. Everything works fine except uv. I cannot print uv that is my problem. i set settings how it was written in manual. in Start- Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Printer Preferences - Device Options i chose YMCFK-Full color/UV Fluorescing/Resin Black and Check Print Both Sides, Dual Pass and Invert F-panel image. i do same in workbench - Printer Information - View Driver Property - Device Option and also when i print image in Option - Printer Properties - Device Option. Also in workbench in Secure Imaging i check Front Side Security Imaging Enabled, click on Logo, right click on logo, set logo file, setting logo file and after i click on Save Security Imaging Settings. But id does't print any UV. Can please help me to figure out what is problem or what i do wrong. I need to print UV. Thank you in advance
