If the unit is pulling water and the flippers are moving, try hold ing the flippers and see if you can keep them from moving. This is probally what you will find. It will mean that your "A" frame is worn, or the bearings on the rockers, or the cams on the paddle wheel are worn. All of witch can be looked at at your local pool store and usually they will only charge for the part's used. Good luck and write back if this doesn't fix it and we can go from there
