Hi, I read about your potential solutions. I'm still not sure-as it goes with mine... When I take the belt away, it's smooth sounding. With all together it sounds like the beater bar is either warped or unevenly set it. Iit seems as though it's properly seated, but sure makes noise and vibrates a lot.Hi, I read about your potential solutions. I'm still not sure-as it goes with mine... It could be 1 of 3 things:
1. The belt that drives the beater bar. (Inexpensive)
2. An impeller that has a broken wing or 2, throwing it off balance. (Expensive)
3. Or, the bearings in the motor are going out. (Expensive)
Hope this helps,
Jim
