Vantec nexstar will not mount as removable
Using latest (ESATA+USB3) model of dual-port Vantec Nexstar with Windows 7. Drives mount, but not as removable drives as one would expect. Once a drive is mounted, it is not possible to "eject/unmount" the drive like a regular pocket drive. This makes swapping drives somewhat problematic, as Windows must be shutdown to spin down and remove the drives safely. Thus, the product is not really working as advertised, though it works perfectly under OSX as a removable drive with the same disks and ESATA connection.

On windows seven there is no eject or remove safely in the main menu. Use mouse click <START> <Devices and Printers> find the device then right click and then select <Eject> or <Remove Safely>
