Removed it first time as keeps getting filthy, even though carpets are new ! Can't remember which way up it goes so keep changing it round. Have purchased 2nd one so can swap over as seem to have to change this every time vacuum house. Is this normal ? Keeping emptying bin and top of drum as easily gets clogged.
