I have a November, 1996, 13 in. tv/vcr, model # VV1306B, Serial # SB63180156. The picture is on for a few seconds, the screen goes black but the picture can still be seen around the edges. We unhooked the cable, tried a VCR tape and got the same results. Any suggestions you can give us would be appreciated. Respectfully, Elaine Payne

There seems to be trouble in paradise for this tv..try hooking up an antenna ans see if you get the same thing...
