I have a Sharp DV-RW250H DVD / VCR recorder. It now won't play any DVDs whether commercial disks are burned, (I get the incorrect disk C104 message) and I can't record onto DVD either. I've tried using a DVD cleaning disk but I get the same C104 message - Any advice would be really useful
