Vento gt5 scooter not getting any power
I bought a 2006 vento gt5 zip that had been garage kept for bout 6 months, it ran fine when i drove it round the block, and ran fine on the way home (bout 10 min drive) with the exception of cutting out at a stoplight. that was the last time it ran or started at all. now its not getting any power from the battery at all, and i know the battery is good. it doesn't even have enough juice to honk the horn. any help, tips, or info on getting my scoot running would be awesome cause i have no clue what i'm doing and no resources other than the internet. also anything else i may need to do to it since it sat in a garage and now on my porch for so long.

There is a hose on the bottom of the carb that comes out right by the kick start turn the screw and drain the oil out of the carb then it should kick over. when they set the oil builds up in the bottom
