VERBATIM EXTERNAL HDD WILL NOT POWER UP

I am hoping you could help me. I have a Verbatim External HDD model 47510 which will not power up. On inspection a component (Q1) on the power PEC appears burnt out. Do you know where I can get a replacement PEC as verbatim will not supply them.
