Regarding the bowed picture, unfortunatel that is a symptom of a problem that you cannot fix changing settings.
Picture bowed at the sides is a symptom of an alignment problem, and means that there is something wrong in the convergence circuit. If problem happened after moving the TV, the fault may be a broken solder joint in convergence board, in consequence of a shock. Otherwise one of hte convergence ICs has blown and must be desoldered and replaced.
