Very heavy smoke on start-up & primer bulb prob
Each time I start my Ariens snow blower it smokes very heavily for about 5 seconds, then clears. 6-8 starts so far. The oil level is right; just to top of full mark. This started after tipping it on it's front as specified in the repair manual to grease the fittings underneath for the drive wheels.
The primer bulb does not prime carb. It pushes air out the tube when I disconnect it from the carb. and push it.

It should be fine, it's just some oil that seeped through and is now in the muffler. Just let it run for a while to burn off what is in the muffler you may also have a little bit in the carb, if you want to check the carb just pull the bowl off to see if there is any thing for oil in there, be sure to shut the fuel off or clamp it off with needle nose vise grips before you pull the bowl off. Otherwise everything will be ok just run it for a while and keep an eye on the oil level.
