Very low pressure when I run filter and when I backwash filter
I just replaced the lateral assembly with center pipe and put new media (zeobrite) in the filter. Nothing seems to be leaking and as far as I can tell the pump is working properly

Ok... First check to make sure the skimmers are clear, the skimmer float valve is open, the valves by the pump are all open and check the pump strainer basket too. If you are able to, take the motor and seal plate off and check for debris in the impeller. Also there should be an o-ring on the diffuser (the cone shaped part that covers the impeller. Make sure it is there and not stretched or damaged.
