If your running the kubota diesel at north of 2000 rpm the vibration just might be the governor starting to cut in and making it miss this will produce a noticable vibration but unless your monitoring it with diagnostics equipment you wont be able to detect it by ear also had one that the flywheel was comming loose that did that as well (it had over 500 hours on it )
