VIDEO AND AUDIO GO OFF INTERMITTENTLY THEN COMES BACK ON
On all inputs the video and audio go out then comes back on 1 - 50 seconds later. This happens intermittently, sometimes 2-3 times a minute, at times the TV plays fine for several hours. Have tried tech support and all the standard resets but no luck. I have a fan on to keep the TV ventilated. Have not removed the back but have vacuumed out the vents to be sure they are clear. Also when the TV is powered off the blue power light does not come on. If I reset the TV either by the master switch or by removing/restoring power the light comes on until the next time we power on/off the TV.

Why ventilating fan ? Does the board overheat ?
Check for any blown out fuses or resistors in the board.
If it doesnt work out, call the service technician.
Hello There
This a common problem with one or more IC's becomming faulty on the Power board. The power supply circuit needs to be replaced. This problem will gradually get worse until you can't turn on the TV. If it is under warranty you need to get this work done asap other wise ring a few TV rapair shops and get the best quote. Will cost between £125 to £200.
Hope this helps. Please don't forget to rate me.

Hi
The issue you are facing is due to power supply of your tv, there are some components on the tv that needs to be checked (like capacitors on the power board on your tv have swollen).
Have you replaced Lamp in this TV?
Please confirm TV model, is it Olevia 537H or some thing else?
How old is this TV?
Please respond in comments to proceed.
DLP TV has Ballast Lamp as back light source and when lamp reaches working hours end it requires more current to produce light. The Ballast Power Supply being monitored for volts and current consumption to lamp. If current consumption exceeds its limit, an error signal developed that goes to system control and TV goes to shut down mode.
I'm sorry, my previous reply was for another question and posted here and it does not belong to your TV. it is my mistake.
In your Olevia 537-B12 seems main board is defective and causing intermittent audio-video disappear.
Please call Shop Jimmy for main board of your TV.
