VIDEO CASSETTE RECORDER WITH HDD
Apart from the Manual being to complicated to understand, I have come up with several problems with this machine. I have just bought it, so I want to check I am doing everything before I arrange to send it back.
1. I cannot seem to tune it into my Digital TV (Hitachi P50T...which has Freeview incorporated in it) I just can tune it in to my anologue.
2. The manual says it takes DVD-R & DVD-RW but I have bought several different brands & it just keeps coming up as disc error.
3. I have connected it the same way as the previous recordable dvd player that I replaced it with (which had no problem tuning in to the Freeview Digital channels
4. If somone could please help me & at the lease explain how to connect & work the horrid thing in easy (very easy) termsm it would be much appreciated

Connect the antenna or cable to the aerial jack of the funai. connect the rf out jack of the funai to the aerial jack of the tv .connect av1 scart jack of funai to scart

The discs to try are cheap discs from poundland called mr dvd-r they seem to work
