Viking refrigerator VCBB363RSS. Original compressor inverter board complete meltdown. Replaced with new inverter board, 120v coming in to board nothing to dc compressor. Ohmd compressor terminals and found between 3.8 - 4.0 ohms on each winding. The led on converter board flashes 3 times. Any ideas?
