Viper 5701 hood pin keeps bending
Viper 5701 alarm installed on 2002 Hyundai at the back of the hood drivers side just right of the brake master cylinder. Every time the hood closes it bends the pin...doesn't matter how low I set the pin. This renders the alarm useless. Can I by-pass the pin or any suggestions as to place it. There isn't much give to the wire harness.
