Viper 791 XV Automatic Start Not Working
I have a Viper Automatic Start system installed in my 2000 Honda Civic. It's the 791 XV model and was already put in when I bought it 1.5 years ago. The automatic start has been working completely fine until last week when it suddenly stopped working. It literally worked earlier that day. The keyless lock/unlock feature still works fine. The alarm system still works fine as well. It's just the automatic start. It's not turning over or anything. When I push the button, the antenna symbol still comes on the screen, but nothing happens. HELP!! It's getting colder everyday where I live :)
Thanks so much I have a viper remote and it wont start the car anymore. The alarm function still operates just fine but it is cold outside and i am unable to start my car from inside.

Try putting the key in the key cylinder but do not turn it at all. Then try and remote start the car. If it works then your bypass module is bad and needs to get replaced.
