My 9220 worked okay until I had my computer reconfigured due to a virus. The computer is up and running but I lost the software to the scanner. I reinstalled the software, bu the computer cannot locate the scanner. The scanner is plugged into the usb, plugged into electricity. I get a light under the scanner top, but no indicator lights on the operating buttons. The icon tray at the bottom of the computer screen shows a red X across the scanner icon. Right clicking and choosing connect produces a not able to connect message. Can anyone suggest something to help connect ot the scanner.
