My phone worked fine before I lost my USB-Juke cable that came with it.. I lost it and bought a new one from " fone GEAR" It will charge, so there's no electrical connection problems. When I plug in it to the laptop, it says:
"One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it."
It calls it Unknown Device.
It has no drivers.
The probable cause is the USB cable.
I would like to use it to put music on my phone again, but so far, it's a no-go.
I tried downloading drivers straight from the sources, but they didn't help much.
