I was wondering if you could confirm my suspicions or correct me. I have a Vizio M75-C1 TV front light turns on when power button is pressed but nothing shows on screen and no audio. Sometimes after numerous presses of the power button the power indicator flashes, typically 14 times. Testing power supply board shown at the bottom I get the following voltages Off the input top left side 120v Off the bottom right jumper I get Pin 16 (not connected in wiring harness) 0V Pin 14 (marked 12V) 15.3V Pin 12 (marked 12V) 15.3V Pin 10 ( not connected in wiring harness) 0V The upper jumpers on the right side of the board all show 24V on expected pins. That would lead me to believe that the power supply is bad. Or is there something else I need to check?
