VL Intruder LC suzuki 125cc. I'm only getting 60 psi (400 kPa) compression on BOTH cylinders. Got spark, got fuel, won't start. Any suggestion?
It's been stood unused for ten years. Engine turns easily but just winds. Good spark and the carbs have been totally rebuilt. Safety cut outs have been checked. New fully charged battery.

Pour WD40 into the cylinders and let it soak, the rings are most likely stuck. Then run the engine if possible.
