Vodafone Mobile Modem not allowing Skype to work
I have disabled my firewall (Norton 2008), even uninstalled it. Skype has been added to "allow", and still it will not connect.
I now suspect it is my internet connection - Vodafone Hauwei E220 3G USB modem.
It also will not allow connection to MSN Live, or Bitcomet, yet MP3 Rocket works fine????

The baud speed and bandwidth of the E220 may not be able to keep up with the huge data speeds and bandwidth required by online connections that use video.
