Hi nexy - the best I can do for now is a couple things snd nothing definitive. Usually when a cell is off it takes 2 to 3 three rings before it goes to voice mail. When its' on about 5 to 6. There's a real good chance these are at the discretion of your service provider. That's my best bet. I've included a link to your manual in case you don't have yours. Look at page 50 (i think) and it tells about voice mail settings. You can go in there and take a look but don't get your hopes up. If this answered your question PLEASE rate as fixed.
