Volume stuck in 100% flashing
Here's what I have my LCT3285TA is stuck at full volume and the 100% flashes as if a button was stuck , if I hold the vulume down it stops flashing but stay full 100% , this also seams to lock out making any other selections channel , source etc ,, I disconnected the Key Controler board ( buttons attatch to on side of TV) with no change,, I'm thinking static maybe from walking across the floor prior to shutting it off damaged ,,??? Cap?
anyone ever see this ,, is there a source for repairing the Main Board , or exchanging it ?

Take IrishDruid's link to that service manual website, that's the only way you can get a schematic, tried Google no luck.

After reading all the reviews. Just try a step to release the static.
When you unplug the power. Just Press and hold the power button on the LCD for 30 seconds.
Pug it in and try again.
I hate to disagree with you ID, but a stuck button CAN cause this type of behavior. Based upon the description here though, I'd suspect a power supply problem. Either the 5V supply is being drawn low (less than 4.3V) or there is a lot of ripple on the line which can be interpreted as information. In any case, this is not a problem that a novice will be able to trace. Also, schematics are not generally available for these sets. I have worked on some of these sets in the past with mixed results. You can often determine the problem area based upon the parts, but it is time consuming and not likely to happen at a service shop. They are more likely to replace the board.
You may have to bite the bullet and either sp[end the $700 for the replacement board or replace the set.

Since this is a digital LCD TV, there is no question of any button being "stuck". It is most likely an issue with the circuitry. You can try a hard reset first, which is the basic step. Unplug everything, including cables and power supply, wait about 1/2 hour and replug everything. Should the hard reset work, well and good. If not, you will have to take the TV in for servicing. I do not recommend a DIY if you have no prior experience, as there are very sensitive parts within.
However, if you would like to try a DIY, you will first need to get your hands on a service manual. I recommend the following site:

Yes the board may be the issue, there are companies who sell parts but first you will need to know what failed, that is near to impossible without proper test equipment and a trouble shooting manual, I would suggest u leave this to a repair shop

Quick solution would be to unhook it from any power.... and leave it for about ten minutes... plug it back in and try it...

Try to reset the lcd tv but if reset will not fix it then the unit should be taken to the nearest repair service center to fix it.
